Shipping costs

For those of you who have sent nail polishes by mail before, can you give some infos on how much it costs to send 1/2/3/etc bottles to different destinations?

This could be a general topic, though I am interested in UK -> Romania costs specifically.

Well, every country has its own costs, so, if you're interested in knowing how much you would spend shipping a package from your country to (for example) the UK, you should go to your post office and ask if they have some kind of chart with all the prices, or it's even better if you can check it online. It obviously depends on the weight and dimension of the package and also on the destination, so there are different price ranges.
I can only tell you that here in Italy it goes from 2,60€ (50g) to 30€ (2000g) depending on the size and the destination of the mail.

We have to notice that lately polish lacqers are believed to be 'terrorist goods' in the UK (yes, yes, I'm not joking!) and nowadays it's very risky to order polishes there because the bottles might be destroyed by Royal Mail without any refund!
I'm sure about it cause I know it from A England's web site...

You're right! I've heard about this thing too...it's simply ridiculous! Loads of packets have been distroyed because of this story...I couldn't believe it when I first heard it, but apparently they have lost their mind.

I agree that it is completly ridiculous!

I think it depends on the destination country. That's why on asos.com it is specified that nail polishes can be shipped only to certain countries.

But, you know, anyone has to know what's inside the parcel at real ^^

Here in Italy we are the most unlucky ones! We always have problems with customs and now this thing with UK new shipping regulations >.<

Perhaps there should be a thread specifically for posting shipping information?

I'm interested in Dance Legend Polishes and the price for shipping a parcel is more than $10! So expensive Is the price really so high?
